My focus is real estate in Estes Park and Fort Collins.  For the past five years, I have worked as a realtor, contractor, and developer in Estes Park.  The knowledge I gained as a contractor and developer will help you as we compare and contrast homes you are viewing.  Additionally, I have lived in Fort Collins during that same time and have come to know that market quite well.  But, if your interests take you beyond these two areas, please know that I am more than capable to help you.
